CHART Art Fair is the leading event for contemporary Art and Design in the Nordic regions.

Based in Copenhagen, CHART explores new frontiers in art and design and celebrating artistic practices as an important reservoir for rethinking society and connecting individuals.

THE CHART ART FAIR 2020 EDITION

In 2020 CHART will present an exceptional edition, transforming from CHART Copenhagen into CHART Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Reykjavik, and Stockholm in a new de-centered format across the five Nordic capitals.

The new format combines physical exhibitions and events with online activities.

MISSION

Our ambition is to re-start the Nordic art scene in a responsible and sustainable way. All this while re-connecting our local and international communities.

For their CHART presentations, the participating galleries will show 100% of women artists, a first for the international art fair community.

With this strong collective statement, the ambition is to highlight one of the biggest structural barriers in the art scene and art market; gender imbalance. Understanding that no one can solve this challenge alone, through collaboration we aim to create awareness and drive a positive change towards a more balanced and diverse art scene.
